德意志银行分析师Ross Seymore将高通(QCOM)目标价降至160美元，并保持买入评级。
Seymore在研报中表示，对基本面恶化的担忧“导致投资者对半导体行业第三季度业绩非常看空”。从基本面来看，分析师预计第三季度财报季将“出现更普遍的疲软迹象”，并且他连续第二个季度认为2023年的估计有下行风险。至于半导体行业股票，Seymore正变得“越来越积极”。
他表示，该行业下跌以及相对于标普500指数的疲弱表现“明显反映了对营收/EPS的预期大幅下调”，使该行业估值较5年平均水平低20%。
